Product Description
AIMLASER’s Powell Lens Line Laser Module is engineered for high-uniformity, narrow-linewidth projection in industrial and robotic vision applications. Unlike conventional cylindrical lens lasers that produce a Gaussian-distributed laser line, this module integrates a precision Powell lens to transform the beam into a uniform-intensity, fan-shaped laser line with line widths ranging from 20μm to 200μm.
The laser ensures uniform beam intensity distribution along the full length of the line, minimizing hotspots and edge dimming—making it ideal for applications requiring consistent illumination and precise edge detection. Available wavelengths: 405nm, 450nm, 488nm, 505nm, 520nm, 638nm, 660nm, 685nm, 785nm, 808nm, 830nm, and 850nm. It supports CW, TTL modulation, and Analog modulation, providing compatibility with diverse control systems.
The Powell lens well-distributed line laser delivers excellent beam quality, high stability, and consistent brightness across the full length of the laser line—ideal for structured light scanning, robotic alignment, automated optical inspection (AOI), and 3D vision.
